ALPHARD launches new Speaker Series

More loudness, more durability, more sound quality!

It’s no secret that the use of a die-cast frame gives a significant increase in sound quality, due to its rigidity and better aerodynamics. Such a solution is much more effective than a simple anti-resonance coating in terms of combating parasitic distortion and noise, and is not used everywhere due to the high cost of the final product.

The key changes affected the cone — it acquired a more effective contour of the shaping curve, a new pattern of its embossing appeared, the material changed.

The level of upgrade for each model is individual — the ratio of bending to the thickness of the cone and the diameter of the dust cap, the degree of rigidity of the surround and spider, the depth of embossing and the percentage of composite fibers in the cone body – all changes were carefully verified by the engineering department to achieve the best ratio of volume and quality.

The AP-M61AC and AP-M81AC models received more “depth” in the lower midrange. The speakers began to reproduce the sound more fully, and perfectly fit with the tweeters from 6.3 to 8 kHz.

The midbass AP-W81AC received the opposite changes: without losing the “bottom” sensitivity in the middle midrange increased by 2-3 dB — the novelty will play even better in a high-quality two-band, and will not be lost against the background of the middle link in the three-piece. AP-M67AC received the most notable upgrade. We have achieved a significant improvement in its sound quality and a significant increase in the overall sensitivity of the speaker.
