HIFONICS GENERATION X4 – Spring Power from the Gods!

MB QUART – Vehicle specific active subwoofer boxes
Deeply rooted in good old German HiFi tradition, MB Quart has been known for car audio technology with excellent reputation for decades. With the 2012-launched vehicle-specific speakers MB Quart applied particularly to the automotive customer who wants to upgrade the sound quality in a car without changing anything on the interior.
Right in time for the new season MB Quart launches the QB250, a brand new, powerful bass upgrade which – of course – discreetly clings into the interior of VW Golf V, BMW 1 and Peugeot 206 or 206. Equipped with a 10’’/25 cm top class sub the QB250 conforms perfectly to the car’s interior and leaves enough space in the trunk for shopping, travelling and leisure time equipment. The GTi component systems offer a high quality 12dB crossover with a tweeter overload protection, which will cut-off the 25 mm silk dome tweeters perfectly and enable a tweeter level attenuation in 3 steps.
Rockford Fosgate Punch™ Series Amplifiers
C.L.E.A.N. Set-Up, Top Mount Controls, and Significant Increases in Total RMS and Thermal Mass Dominate the 2013 Line Up
Rockford Fosgate, the industry leader in high-performance car audio systems, announces the launch of its updated 2013 Punch Series amplifier line. With this line up the Punch amplifiers continue to reign as the standard for the car audio amplifier industry. The 2013 package includes 11 models with numerous upgrades, including on-board integration for factory and aftermarket source units, top mount controls, and significant increases in both average total RMS power and thermal mass. The most notable new feature included with the 2013 Punch series is the inclusion of C.L.E.A.N. level setting technology. This Rockford Fosgate-developed technology with on-board input/output clipping indicators allows the installer to precisely tune the amplifier to the optimum power for their desired performance before clipping occurs and, thus, eliminating speaker damaging distortion. Three indicators (blue, blue/red, red) on the amplifiers’ top mount control boards monitor the exact point in which the ideal signal and power are being utilized. Once this occurs, the “blue/red” indicator tells the installer that optimum performance has been achieved, and so once set it never has to be configured again.
JL Audio W6v3 10-inch Subwoofer Drivers – Only the best is good enough
For everyone seeking to reproduce the highest quality sub-bass in a very compact enclosure application, the 10W6v3 is the ultimate choice. This advanced subwoofer driver offers several technologies shared with the flagship W7AE subwoofers to provide powerful advantages in motor linearity and suspension behavior. These combine with a very efficient cooling circuit to deliver reduced distortion and outstanding dynamic balance. The 10W6v3 is best used with amplifier power in the 200W – 600W range and is optimized to operate in a sealed enclosure with only 0.55 cu. ft. (15.6 l) of air space. Detailed enclosure recommendations can be found in the “Specifications” tab. Greater excursion capability and higher power handling distinguish it from our 10W3v3 10-inch subwoofer driver, allowing for higher output. Dual 4 Ω voice coils permit deploying the W6v2 as a 2 Ω or 8 Ω driver.
