This was it! In Malaysia´s capital Kuala Lumpur the last stage of the 2023 Asia Finals is History. The event began in the early morning with the briefing, followed by an official opening ceremony for the Auto Fiesta in cooperation with AAA and EMMA. The following judging went smooth and beside the really high temperature everything was organized very well. The beautiful location in the center of Kuala Lumpur gave a perfect frame for the over 200 cars displayed and the participants of the EMMA Asia Final. In the afternoon some spectacular presentations attracted the visitors around and showed the knowledge of the EMMA Malaysia competitors, added on by some cars coming from Singapore. The grand ceremony started at 8 on a nice stage with the thanks to all the hosts of this year’s EMMA Asia Finals as well as the judge team which did and extraordinary job during the almost three weeks of being around. The ceremony itself was moderated by Mickey Tang, the head of organization and it brought a bunch of surprises. The trophies have been spread in an almost equal level to the participating nations and the excitement on the competitor’s side was very high. In the end it became a nice celebration with an absolute positive end. This is the way it should be, and we congratulate all participants and of course the trophy winners. Next years Asia finals have been confirmed the day after and then the final stage will be in Indonesia´s capital Jakarta. Now it time to look over to Europe when all will meet again for the Eurofinals in Salzburg. Resultlists can be found below.
