Pioneer is excited to launch the all-new rich, high quality sound Mechaless MVH single Din car stereo systems.The MVH-X370BT, the MVH-270DAB, and the MVH-170UI are no longer equipped with a CD mechanism, but with have a whole lot more to offer instead.
All three MVH-systems feature a high quality FM RDS tuner and an illuminated USB front input, which can be used to connect and control an iPod/iPhone or an Android smartphone. Other USB devices can be connected too, with an ample power (1A) available on the USB port, making it easy to recharge even the latest and most powerful smartphones. When accessing music files from an iPod/iPhone, an Android smartphone or another USB device, browsing actions are faster now than ever before, making it quick and easy to select your favorite tracks whilst driving. The MVH systems are also equipped with an improved wide-angle high contrast LCD display, so it’s easy to see what’s being played. The MVH-X370BT, the MVH-270DAB and the MVH-170UI have a built-in 4 x 50 Watts MOSFET amplifier. This enables the user to fill the car’s interior with rich, detailed high quality sound. If any extra power should be needed, the two available RCA outputs allow the user to connect extra amplifiers and subwoofers.
MVH-X370BT
This model is equipped with extensive Bluetooth features, now allowing two Bluetooth phones to connect simultaneously, eliminating the hassle of switching between personal and business phones. The Wireless Audio function (AVRCP 1.5) allows the user to stream music over Bluetooth, whilst supporting music browsing. The Wireless Audio function works on iPhone and on Android devices, as well as on other Bluetooth enabled smartphones, improving usability so the user no longer has to plug in a cable everytime they get in the car. iPhone users can use the Siri Eyes Free feature for voice commands, allowing them to request a track, make phone calls and much more, all by voice. During hands-free conversations, the improved Wide Band Speech technology ensures that the users’ voice is much clearer and better to understand.
Another bonus of the MVH-X370BT is the integrated and greatly improved MIXTRAX EZ technology, MIXTRAX EZ mixes and adds effects to the user’s tracks exactly like a professional DJ would, regardless of the genre.
Including an FM RDS tuner and a front USB port, the MVH-X370BT is full of great features, yet it’s housed in a short chassis, making the installation procedure easier then before.
MVH-270DAB*
What really sets the MVH-270DAB apart from the other new MVH models is its built-in DAB+ tuner. This sophisticated digital radio now provides the user with a wider variety of digital radio stations, allowing the users to enjoy more of the content they like, and thanks to the Auto Tune feature, the unit is easier to use than ever before. The unit also features distortion free, detailed sound quality. The MVH-270DAB is equipped with an FM RDS tuner and offers USB connectivity options for iPhone/iPod, Android devices or other USB devices.
MVH-170UI
The MVH-170UI adds high-quality lossless FLAC compatibility, making the unit particularly suitable for music lovers who demand the very best audio quality. The short chassis design is incredibly shallow, making the lightweight and very easy to install.
The MVH-170UI also allows the user to connect an iPhone/iPod or an Android device, as well as other USB devices using the illuminated USB port on the front panel.
The MVH-170UI, the MVH-270DAB and the MVH-X370BT are available from September 2014.
