Brand new GZ Hydrogen Amplifier line launched
The Hydrogen Amplifier line is well known for powerful and massive analogue full-range and mono class D amplifiers. Besides it´s performance, the price-performance ratio of these amps is probably unachieved by any competitor product since more than 15 years of existence.
A
nd now these product heroes have been totally redesigned and are coming in a brand new design! Their newly tooled aluminum strand casting heat sink reminds on GZ´s Reference Family design and delivers perfect cooling and performance. One big step was the “one side connection concept” which is more installation friendly but required a total new design of the GHZA main boards (PCBs).
The new Hydrogen Amps line up consists of three models:
The 4-Channel “GZHA 4200XII” delivers 4x 140Watt @ 4ohm and 4x 200Watt @ 2Ohm. A high current 2 Channel “GZHA 2400XII” features 2x 270 / 480 / 750 Watt @ 4/2/1 Ohm and impressive 1800 Watt MAX in 2 Ohm bridge mode. Last but not least the linkable Class D mono amp “GZHA 1.1850DXII” with 700 / 1200 / 1850 Watt @ 4/2/1 Ohm and a max Output of 4800 Watt @ 2 Ohm in link mode.
All three models come with high current dual power supplies for excellent power stability, double layer PCBs with wide circuit path for high damping factor, SMD-Technology for better Efficiency,and high quality gold plated Terminals and RCA connectors.Their multifarious filter sections includes wide high / low and band pass filters, phase shift as well as bass boost functions. All of them are furthermore controlled by high quality capsule potentiometers allow to use these amps in almost every configuration. A bass remote with 5 m /16.4ft is also included.
